JuJutsu Kaisen: Execution isn't exactly an original feature. Instead, the recent film from the JuJutsu Kaisen action franchise serves as a collection of the anime's second season combined with the initial episodes of its next season, which begins the Culling Games narrative from the manga series. This makes Execution, which recently received a fresh preview, the earliest way to view the beginning of the forthcoming season ahead of its premiere in early 2026. The film debuts in Japan on Nov. 7, and in North America on Dec. 5.

The Culling Games Arc

In the Culling Games plot, Special Grade sorcerer Yuta Okkotsu finally joins the television series and is assigned by sorcery authorities to take down his peer Yuji Itadori. Their much-anticipated fight takes place for the first time on the silver screen, and if the artists at the studio have an exceptional piece as episodes 40 and 41 prepared for audiences this end-of-year period, JuJutsu Kaisen: Execution may end up being the present that everyone has hoped for.

If Mappa wants to start the year off right, showcase the show's top scene once again in movie houses with the best interpretation we've witnessed to date.
